Multi-blade combination and creasing configuration
Parameter details: supports two configurations of "4 blades + 6 creasing wheels" or "5 blades + 8 creasing wheels", slitting accuracy ±0.2mm, and indentation depth adjustable 0.5-3.0mm.
Performance advantages: The 5-blade configuration can simultaneously complete the fine cutting of complex box shapes, and the 8 creasing wheels ensure that the multi-angle folding lines are smooth and burr-free, reducing the failure rate of subsequent bonding processes.
Dual-mode feeding system
Manual mode: The minimum feeding length is 350mm, which is suitable for small batch custom orders. The position of the cardboard can be accurately controlled manually to avoid material waste.
Automatic mode: The maximum feeding speed is 160m/min, and it is driven by a servo motor. It can output 2,000 standard boxes per hour during continuous production, which is 40% more efficient than traditional equipment.
Dynamic pressure adaptive technology
Parameter range: air pressure 0.4Mpa, pressure sensor monitors cardboard hardness in real time and automatically adjusts cutting pressure.
Application value: When processing 7mm thick cardboard, the pressure is automatically increased to 250N to avoid incomplete cutting; when processing 3mm thin cardboard, the pressure is reduced to 80N to prevent the cardboard from breaking due to excessive indentation.
Ultra-wide processing capacity
Maximum feed width 2600mm: 6 columns of B-type corrugated cardboard can be cut at one time, with a material utilization rate of 98%, suitable for mass production of large household appliance packaging boxes.
Minimum cutting width 140mm: suitable for micro packaging boxes, with an accuracy error of ≤0.5mm, meeting the refined packaging needs of high value-added products.

Motor power: The main motor can be selected as 6kW or 7kW, with torque output of 45N·m and 52N·m respectively, and continuous operation temperature rise ≤55℃.
